When do you need an Appraisal?

In order to approve your credit, Banistmo might requires an appraisal of the property and building (no more than 6 months old). An appraisal is needed when making a mortgage loan of the following: a used house or apartment, construction of a building, house improvements or when changing an existing mortgage from another bank to Banistmo.
